Overview.
Our firm offers a "cultural bridge" business between the West (principally but not exclusively France and the United States) and central and eastern Europe (principally but not exclusively Poland).
Since 1983, we have served over 200 companies, during over 150 trips to Europe, representing both European and American companies in their overseas businesses.
Our mission.
Our mission is to develop new or improve existing international business relationships for our clients. These relationships include joint ventures, licenses, distribution and, representation agreements, outsourcing or financial participations. Our clients are mostly small-to medium-sized businesses who can't afford to waste time or money; we deliver the results that they need.
Our principals.
Windham Loopesko, our CEO and President, is married to a French national with extensive family connections. Mr. Loopesko began his professional career in the mid-70s, working first as an attorney for the Securities and Exchange Commission and then moving on to two large private sector firms in New York City. In the early 80s, he worked in Switzerland for a Swiss multinational doing mergers and acquisitions. He has a JD (Harvard), an MBA (University of Chicago), and a "Belgian MBA" (Louvain). Since 1983, he has directed WELA.
Jean-Michel Parot, who runs our French operations, has a successful
track record as an entrepreneur.
